Refund and Cancellation Policy

Spinal Alchemy Energetics

Your time and energy are valuable, and so is ours. To honour the integrity of this work and the energetic preparation involved, we ask that you review the following terms:

✧ Cancellations

  • In-home or online sessions require 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% fee being retained.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session amount.

✧ Refunds

  • Packages (e.g., 3, 6 or 9 sessions) are non-refundable once the first session has been redeemed.

  • Refunds for unused packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus a 10% admin fee.

  • If for any reason Spinal Alchemy Energetics must cancel your session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

✧ Transfers

  • Session packages are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing.

Your energetic and financial commitment is deeply respected. These terms are in place to maintain the flow of trust, clarity, and sacred responsibility between us.
